ABOUT URBAN THRIVE
The founders of Thrive Real Estate identified an overwhelming need for Realtors who are focused on the city of Denver and the surrounding urban neighborhoods. To that end, Thrive Real Estate was created out of necessity and desire. Thrive was founded on a very simple principle - provide superior tools, attention and education to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. We believe community is important. Deeper than that, we believe close knit communities, such as communities that develop in urban neighborhoods are extremely important as they become the bedrock for new relationships, friendships, businesses, churches, art, politics and culture.
Dave Ness Ð Principal / Broker
Dave worked with the Southwestern Company as an organizational leader from 1994-2000 where he held the Company Record for the highest sales in a single day and was a multiple Mort Utley Award winner. In addition, Dave recruited, trained, and managed over 20 young men and women, some of whom have become the company's Top Producers in both sales and management. After leaving Southwestern, Dave worked as a Sales Manager with McLure Oil Company. The highest producing month of McLure's history was achieved under Dave's leadership. In 2003, Dave joined Fortis Riders Corporation, a high end transportation company, as Vice President of Sales & Planning. Dave helped build the young company from $200,000 to over $1 million in annual revenue. In 2005 Dave joined Modo Developers, Inc. as a Manager and Director of Marketing. In early 2007 Dave co-found Thrive Real Estate, which professionally is his passion. Dave graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in speech communications, and currently lives with his wife Megan and daughter in downtown Denver.
Gregg Gallozzi Broker/Associate
Gregg, a U.S.A.F Veteran, is 46 years old and was born and raised in New York City, he has over 28 years experience working in various Federal and Municipal Government positions to include dignitary protection and investigations. He has also been a supervisor for the past 7+ years and has extensive experience in community relations and neighborhood development. Recently Gregg has entered the field of Real Estate and has a passion for helping people achieve their goals regarding home ownership. Gregg joined Thrive Real Estate due to his belief that the strong leadership within the organization would mesh well with his public service experience and ultimately result in a successful career in real estate. Gregg is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, scuba diver and Civil Air Patrol volunteer and is married to an Administrator with the Cherry Creek School District who is pursuing her Phd. from the University of Denver. They have a 16-year old son who plays high school football and aspires to attend the United States Air Force Academy and a beautiful 13-year old daughter who brightens every room she enters.
Aimee Lirette Broker/Associate
Aimee brings over 10 years of business and marketing experience to Thrive. Her background in marketing and public relations demonstrates her ability to combine strategic marketing thinking with business initiatives to meet aggressive expectations. AimeeÕs strengths and capabilities include developing and managing timeliness to ensure project schedule and goals are met, and communicating effectively to ensure flawless execution and deliver results.
Aimee developed a passion for real estate after purchasing her first home in DenverÕs Congress Park neighborhood, and views her career in real estate as pursuing her dream, rather than a job. Aimee is highly motivated to help her clients realize their real estate goals. She prides herself in being dedicated and professional in working with buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process. AimeeÕs goal is to make the home buying and selling experience enjoyable and rewarding. Her way of setting expectations up front and keeping clients fully informed, enables everyone involved to maintain a feeling of ease and comfort.
In her spare time, Aimee enjoys running, skiing, and traveling, and has recently taken up the game of golf.

MISSION STATEMENT
Searching for real estate in Denver can be an overwhelming challenge. There are tons of homes, condos, townhomes, and investment properties for sale in Denver - all year round. It can be a daunting task for first time home buyers to look for the perfect home for sale in Denver. Similarly, it can become a nuisance for veteran home buyers and sellers to deal with searching for homes in Denver, or selling a home in Denver.
Therefore, our Mission Statement is "To be the best organization in Denver at equipping clients with the tools, education, and attention they need to achieve their real estate goals."
BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
Our approach to our Denver real estate clients is three fold. First, we have a posture of service. Our primary focus is to serve our clients, providing them with the tools, support, and education they need to succeed with their goals in the Denver real estate market. Therefore, we put our clients needs first - whether buying, selling, or investing in Denver properties, our clients are our most valued asset. Second, we approach the industry with an attitude of plentitude. Because of that attitude we have excellent relationships with would be "competitors". This enables us to enter into business transactions with a contagious confidence in the "win-win" philosophy with Denver real estate market professionals like Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, developers, builders, bankers, attorneys and lawyers. This benefits our clients in the end. Last, we have a strong belief in longevity.
